When I was a young teenager I had a normal body with stomach but not much of any a low-fat abdominals in sight. But as the time went by I was getting chubbier for every day. I did hundreds of crunches, tried leg raises, fat loss pills, ab belts, ab gadgets, ab rockers etc. But without any results, instead I got a very strong stomach and that was kinda good but I still had all the belly fat as before.
